Each client receives an extensive diagnostic assessment to aid in creating an effective individualized treatment plan. Treatment plans are tailored to client's needs and desires through a clinical and evidence-based design. Clients are invited to be an ongoing part of the established care plan. All services at NWW are trauma-informed from start to finish.
Psychotherapy is a deep and meaningful process. In order to facilitate powerful change throughout the therapeutic process, mindfulness-based modalities are offered at Northern Woods Wellness. Your provider will be formally trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques.
Life Coaching

Guided by a professional coach, NWW life coaching will aid in clarifying aspirations, identifying obstacles, and devising actionable plans for success. Yoga therapy is a holistic healing approach blending yoga principles with therapeutic techniques.
