Our Story
Northern Woods Wellness LLC began as a simple but powerful idea: to create a safe and compassionate space where people could heal, grow, and discover their authentic selves.
In the very beginning, that vision took root in a small office within our own home. What started as one counselor’s dream quickly grew into a mission—to offer trauma-informed care that nurtures resilience and empowers individuals to live meaningful lives.
